This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests arriving on Sunday or on French bank holidays should check-in before 13:00 or inform the property beforehand if they wish to check-in later. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can either bring their own or rent linen and towels on site for the following extra charges: 25€ for double bed, 20€ for single bed and 20€ for towels Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00.
