You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an additional charge: - EUR 25 per double bed, per stay - EUR 20 per single bed - EUR 20 per person for towels. Arrivals on Sundays and bank holidays are possible between 10:00 and 13:00 only. Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
