This symbol of Paris inspired the decor of the public areas and some of the rooms on the ground floor of the Hotel Espace Champerret, which suggest the design of a workshop or atelier. Levallois provided a fertile environment for various world-renowned manufacturing companies, including Citroën (the 2CV was built here until 1988), Guerlain and those of aviation pioneers Louis Blériot and Clément Ader, while composer Maurice Ravel kept a home in suburb.

established in 2016 on the ground floor of the building, it pays homage to the former workshops of Gustave Eiffel
in Levallois through a design style that highlights steel objects, cast iron radiators and a multitude of
charming references to the famous Iron Lady of Paris.
The rooms are soundproofed and offer a bright decoration. Some of them also have a mezzanine. All units also include a flat-screen TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with toiletries and a hairdryer.
Our rooms are divided into two parts of the building, both full of history:
• The "pavilion" part, which belonged to the original owner of the place and dates from the 19th century;
• A newer "street side" and "court side" built by the same owner in the early 20th century
to accommodate the taxi drivers who at that time were numerous in the suburb of Levallois and
which are inseparable from the history of the area.
