This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent them on site for an additional fee: - Rental of double bed sheets: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made) - Rent sheets single bed: 20€/bed/stay (beds not made) - Rental of "complete" towels (single kit + 1 beach): 20€/person/stay Please note that key collection for a Sunday arrival can only be done until 13:00 at the latest. Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
