The building that houses Les Haras has a rich history, dating back to 1752 when it was initially an equestrian academy. In 1756, it became the Haras Royal, and in 1922 it was designated a historic monument. After the horses left the building in 2005, renovation work began, and in 2013 the hotel opened its doors with 55 rooms. In 2020, it was expanded with 60 new rooms, a wellness area, indoor pool, fitness room, and seminar rooms.
