The Residence Aqualiance is located an hour’s drive from the Italian border. Nice can be reached just over 1 hour and free parking is available.WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after reservation. The city tax will be charged at the same time as the total amount of the stay. Due to COVID 19, the pool is cleaned every 10 days and the filter changed after each check-out. Please note that late check-in and late check-out are available upon hotel's confirmation and an additional fee applies as follow: - Late check-in is from 18:00 and is charged EUR 35 - Late check-out is charged EUR 70 Please note that a EUR 90 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price.
