Located between Nice and Cannes, just 450 m from the beach, the property offers the ideal base for exploring the Riviera. Set back from the road in peaceful, green surroundings, this resort is an excellent alternative for business and leisure travellers alike. Nice Airport is approximately 40 km from the complex.
Spread over 3 floors, this south-facing complex comprises a total of 29 guest rooms and has lift access. It offers comfortable accommodation in an extremely peaceful and tranquil setting, surrounded by greenery yet just a short walk from the sea and the town's many amenities. Facilities on offer include a cycle hire service and parking for those arriving by car.
The property offers spacious studios of 34 m². Each comes with a well-equipped kitchenette, bunk beds in the hallway, a living/ dining area with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and WC and a loggia complete with garden furniture. A satellite/ cable television, Internet access, a fridge, a cooker, a microwave and a washing machine come as standard features.
Guests can enjoy an exciting game of tennis or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool. Alternatively they can also play bocce on the grounds of the complex. There is a golf course just 5 km away.
