This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for guests arriving on a Sunday or a French public holiday, check-in is before 13:00. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can bring their own or rent linen and towels onsite for the following extra charges: - Double bed linen: 25€/bed/stay (beds not made) - Single bed linen: 20€/bed/stay (beds not made) - Complete towels set (bath towels and beach towel): 20€/set - Single towel set (1 big and 1 little): 15€/set - Baby kit (limited quantities) : 30€ for the first item + 10€ for each item more among : Baby cot + mattress/bath/stroller/chair/potty/changing mat Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): From Monday to Friday : 15:00 to 18:00 maximum. Saturday : 16:00 to 18:30 maximum. Sunday and public holidays (except Saturday) : 10:00 to 12:30 maximum. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given. If you have a pet and the accommodations accepts them (ask before arrival), an extra of 40 € (per animal per stay) will be charged at your arrival.
