The cosy resort centre is perfect for enjoying a stroll and also is ideally located directly at the pistes and lifts. The little ones will feel right at home in this child and family-friendly resort, and numerous activities are awaiting our older guests on the slopes. A particular highlight is ice climbing on a frozen waterfall near La Norma! In the evening, you can let yourself be spoilt in various restaurants, stroll leisurely through the lit village, or dance till the early hours in a disco.
SkiGuests in La Norma & Valfréjus are offered pure snow enjoyment: the ski areas lure you to their incredibly beautiful slopes and wonderful panoramic views in the middle of the Savoyard Alps. At an altitude of 1,350 m to 2,750 m, skiers and snowboarders can use the 23 lifts to enjoy 135 km of pure piste fun.
Whether beginner or expert, everyone will find the right run, whereby the majority of slopes are more suitable for intermediates and beginners. In addition to slalom slopes, inviting floodlit pistes for night skiers, and the snowpark, holiday makers can also take advantage of forest runs. With over 100 snow cannons, fun is guaranteed on the slopes.
A day trip to the ski areas of Aussois (55 km), Val Cenis Vanoise (125 km), Bonnevale sur Arc (25 km) and Bessans (3 km) - all of which can be skied in for one day each with the "ESKI-MO" lift pass (available only for 6-day lift passes or more)- is definitely worthwhile. All ski areas are connected with a free ski bus and you have access to all of them with the "ESKI-MO" lift pass.

After a long day on the piste, guests in La Norma have a number of opportunities to end the evening. For those who prefer a calmer evening, we recommend an evening in the cinema or a meal in one of the many bars or restaurants which serve international specialities in addition to the famous French cuisine.
Those who still have energy after a day on the slopes can enjoy night skiing, snow shoe hiking, a romantic dog sled ride or paragliding. Climbing on the frozen waterfall near La Norma promises an adrenaline rush!
In La Norma the cross-country trails twine through larch forests over the Plateau de la Repose. A further trail is found in Valfréjus on the Plateau d' Arrondaz. The cross-country programme isn’t very large, but the existing trails are all the more lovely!
If you nevertheless seek a more extensive offer, you can venture over to Valmeinier, the neighbouring resort, offering 35 km of tracks. The ski region Valmeinier - Valloire provides 10 km of skating style tracks which are freely accessible. The level of difficulty is mainly set at intermediate, which ensures beginners and wallowers will feel well catered for here. For those wanting to actively start into the Nordic sport there is a cross-country school here. Service stations ensure the equipment is continuously well maintained.
