This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. It's recommended to bring your own vehicle since this property is not serviced by public transportation. A damage deposit of EUR 2000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Arrivals on a Sunday or French bank holiday are either before 13:00 or later upon prior request. The following options are available: - Preparation and heating of the pool: EUR 150 per stay - Linen for double bed: EUR 25 per bed per stay - Linen for single bed: EUR 20 per bed per stay - Towels (bathroom and beach): EUR 20 per towels Reception opening hours in high season (approximately from mid-June to the end of August): Monday to Saturday: 15:00 to 18:30 Sundays and public holidays: 10:00 to 13:00. Outside of this period, reception is open from 15:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and public holidays, keys are left in a key box and detailed instructions are given.
