The residence, built in 1997 offers 93 furnished and fully equipped apartments for 1 to 6 people. Each one offers a warm and sophisticated living space, designed to promote guests comfort, wellbeing and relaxation. Facilities on offer at the residence include a lobby, lift access, a breakfast room, WLAN Internet access, a launderette and parking for those arriving by car.
The fully furnished studio apartments (18-20 m²) are suitable for 1 or 2 persons and decorated in a sea horizon décor. Each apartment has a private bathroom with a shower and toilet and a double bed or two twin beds. A kitchenette with a microwave, double hotplate, crockery and tea and coffee making facilities is included. Other amenities include a desk, table, chairs, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. Guests can expect comfort, relaxation and well-being from these sophisticated apartments.
There is a golf course 35 minutes by car from the hotel.
Guests may select their continental breakfast from a buffet.
By bus, use the line 5, stop at Gare SNCF. By train, turn right after the train station, direction street Ducoux at about 250 m. By car, from motorway A10, take the Centre-Ville exit, then follow the signs to the Gare SNCF railway station. At the train station, turn left onto Rue du Docteur Desfray. Continue straight, cross the avenue Gambetta; at the end turn right onto rue de la Chocolaterie. The Rue de la Chocolaterie is one-way, so turn left onto Rue de la Villette and follow the street around to get to the residence.
